I owe you my eternal gratitude; I just can't tell you how much this book has changed my life for the better.

I've been battling an eating disorder for some time. I made the very large step to see a specialist, and she happened to give me this book during one of our meetings. I read it in three days, and it literally has changed my life.

I wish I had bigger words than THANK YOU!! I am finally FREE from the prison I've subjected myself to for the past 25 years. For the first time in 25 years I feel beautiful and alive... and above all I have freedom and happiness. Your book "intuitively" called me to pull it off the shelf at the public library. I wasn't even looking for this kind of book. Although I had been walking around hopeless the past several years that there was no way out of this diet/body image prison. I had become resigned that I'm "stuck like this" for the rest of my life and felt such a deep inner sadness. I soaked in every page of your book and my life shifted in an instant!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!

I too wanted to thank you ladies for this extraordinary book. My weight has fluctuated dramatically since I was a child. I have gone through just about every diet that's out there. Amazingly, I would never have considered myself a "dieter." But, of course, that's exactly what I am. Since moving to a new city, I have put on some weight. I was talking to my counselor from home about this, and she recommended Intuitive Eating. One word comes to mind when I think of this book: FREEDOM. It feels so natural and organic. It makes you want to hit yourself over the head and say "no duh!" I am vehemently opposed to the scale, so I can't give any numbers, but I know I've lost weight. More importantly, though, I FEEL great. It definitely takes time to get used to, but I truly feel like my life has drastically changed because of this book. If your considering embarking on this journey, DO IT!
